Fidence Tax Relief is the tax-resolution service line of Fidence Tax and Advisory, a DBA of Fidence LLC, a private Northern California tax-resolution firm. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the IRS, the California Franchise Tax Board (FTB), or any government agency.

2. Information we collect

We collect the information you give us — your name, phone number, email address, and details you choose to share about your tax situation — along with limited technical information (such as browser type, device, and pages viewed) collected through cookies and similar technologies.

  • schedule and conduct your free consultation;
  • send appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates;
  • improve and secure our website; and
